About PHIN
Empowering the Deaf Community through Education & Inclusion
People with Hearing Impaired Network (PHIN) is a voluntary, non-profit Disabled People’s Organization (DPO) established in 2007. Founded by Mrs. V. Janaki, a speech and hearing impaired woman and passionate disability rights advocate, PHIN emerged from her determination to create equal opportunities for the deaf community. Today, we support underprivileged and orphaned deaf children through holistic education and vocational training.
