The President of this Organisation is an Hearimg Impaired woman and she faced some problems towards the disabled in her childhood. She work hard from the childhood  and decided to do something to the disabled persons like her. She  became an activist  and finally started this school.  She has achieved remarkable  Success, appreciations and Awards at Local and National level also. She received the following awards.

• Received Role Model National  Award in 2013  from H.E. Sri Pranab Mukherjee, the then President of India.
• Role Model Woman Award in 2013 by JMG (Mahila 2013).
• Lifetime Achievement Award by Lanco Foundation in 2013.
• Participated in International CBR Congress, Bangkok, Thailand in 2009.
• Received National Hellen Keller Award in 2007, New Delhi.
• Received an award of Best Woman from the State Government of Andhra Pradesh in 2007.
